AKKO updates phone deductibles periodically to provide you the best value. Overtime, deductibles will decrease as devices become less expensive to fix. Why? Because it’s more fair to you!

For members on our “Everything Protected” AKKO Plan, the claim deductible is $99 for any non-phone item and $49 if on a student rate plan. Phones are always subject to the above schedule of phone deductibles.
For customers on our “Everything Protected” AKKO Plan who also pay for their plan annually, protection for “lost” phones is also included. The deductibles range from $99 – $399 depending on the phone make and model.
